The members of the delegation were Professor Dr. Zsolt Szakonyi, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy; Dr. Gerda Szakonyi, the Vice-Dean for the English Program; Dr. Bálint Lőrinczi, the Dean's Representative for Enrollment and Public Relations, and Atacan Öğünç, a representative from Türkiye. The faculty delegation visited seven Bilnet School Campuses: Bodrum, Izmir - Karsiyaka Campus, Balikesir, Bursa - Osmangazi Campus, Kocaeli, and Istanbul - Beylikdüzü and Büyükcekmece Campuses. Professor Dr. Zsolt Szakonyi introduced the current status and possibilities at the University of Szeged, Dr. Bálint Lőrinczi described the pharmacist training in Szeged, Dr. Gerda Szakonyi outlined the details of the faculty’s preparatory course starting in September 2025, and Atacan Öğünç addressed the secondary school students in their native language and discussed student life, accomodations, living expenses, work possibilities and in depth the procedure of entering Hungary (visa) and the entrance examination to our Faculty in his presentation.

During the one-week visit, the delegation managed to address hundreds of students who showed great interest in the training courses in Szeged. We thank our hosts for the warm welcome and look forward to the Turkish students graduating from secondary school in September to start their higher education studies with us!
