Professor Dr Zsolt Szakonyi, the dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, awarded the Excellence in Pharmacy Scholarship to two outstanding students, Fatemeh Ghorbani and Amine Filali, for their excellent academic performance in the second semester of the previous academic year.
I am deeply honoured to have been recognized as an outstanding student this term. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the faculty for their unwavering support. Over the past few years, I have been profoundly inspired by the university's rich academic atmosphere and the professors' unwavering commitment to excellence through their rigorous teaching standards. It has always been a source of pride for me to be part of this esteemed institution, with its distinguished history spanning over a century.
At this university, everyone — from the professors and administrators to the students — fosters a warm and supportive environment. While undeniably challenging, the field of pharmaceutical science has transformed my academic journey into one of joy and discovery rather than a mere succession of classes and textbooks.
Szeged, with its tranquil beauty and welcoming spirit, has indeed become my second home. It offers a unique blend of global diversity, where one can encounter people from every corner of the world. The city also provides countless opportunities to pursue personal interests, and its vibrant festivals invite you to embrace and fall in love with Hungary’s rich cultural heritage.
