Budget of Springer Open & BioMed Central

We would like to inform our publishers. The EISZ (Electronic
Information Service National Programme) sent a message, that the quota
of Springer Open and the BioMed Central budget has been finished.

We are going to start negotiations to avoid any drawback of our
publishers, but it is takes time.

We would like to ask your patience. We are going to inform you, how
